Plastic Surgery
Scope of Services：
- Emergency outpatient surgical procedures and treatments
- Burn care, reconstruction, and scar revision surgery
- Soft tissue trauma management and reconstructive surgery
- Complex wound care and reconstruction (including diabetic foot ulcers, ischemic ulcers, venous stasis ulcers, pressure sores, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy)
- Craniofacial trauma and fracture repair with reconstructive procedures
- Hand surgery including replantation and microsurgical procedures
- Head, neck, and skin tumor excision with reconstruction
- Correction and reconstruction of congenital deformities
- Aesthetic laser treatments and cosmetic surgery procedures
The Department of Plastic Surgery is led by Dr. Kuan-Hung Lai (Director), and includes attending physicians Dr. Tzu-Pin Tsai, Dr. Yi-Cheng Li, Dr. Yu-Yu Chou, and part-time physician Dr. Wen-Shyan Huang.
The department is supported by a dedicated team of 29 nursing staff, as well as a medical social worker, dietitian, and occupational therapist.
