歷史沿革
- 96年3月5日為提升醫院教學研究品質及因應新制教學醫院評鑑需要，本院召開醫學教育委員會並於會中決議『同意成立教學研究部（簡稱教研部），以利專責全院教學訓練及行政管理與執行』。
- 96年3月9日奉前院長郭泰宏將軍核定成立任務編組教研部，並於96年4月1日正式運作；隸屬醫療部，為醫學教育專責單位，編設主任1名，首任主任為潛水醫學部李惠傑醫師兼任，並借用潛水醫學部辦公室，初期由李惠傑主任暨助理1員常駐該辦公室，並納編其他部門科(室)助理3員協助推動全院教學研究工作。
- 97年1月1日納編本院師資培育、研究發展、教育訓練、西醫PGY、圖書資訊及評鑑工作之相關助理7人合併於醫療大樓3樓，正式成立教研部專屬辦公室。
- 100年4月1日奉國防部核定於本院編制下正式編成教學研究室(主任為上校職缺)，第一任上校主任為內科部蔡文正主治醫師，運作迄今。

To enhance the quality of teaching and research and to meet the requirements of the newly implemented teaching hospital accreditation system, the Hospital convened a meeting of the Medical Education Committee. During the meeting, it was resolved to establish the Department of Teaching and Research, hereinafter referred to as the Teaching and Research Department, as a dedicated unit responsible for hospital-wide education and training, as well as related administrative management and implementation. - March 9, 2007 / April 1, 2007
The establishment of the Teaching and Research Department as a task- oriented organizational unit was approved by the former Superintendent, Major General Kuo Tai-Hung, on March 9, 2007, and the department officially commenced operations on April 1, 2007. It was placed under the Medical Affairs Department and designated as the unit responsible for medical education. The department was initially staffed by one director. Dr. Lee Hui-Chieh of the Department of Diving Medicine served concurrently as the first director. The office was temporarily located within the Department of Diving Medicine. At the initial stage, Director Lee and one administrative assistant were stationed in the office, while three assistants from other departments and divisions were incorporated into the team to support hospital-wide teaching and research activities. - January 1, 2008
Seven administrative staff members responsible for faculty development, research advancement, education and training, postgraduate year training for physicians, library and information services, and accreditation affairs were consolidated into a dedicated office on the third floor of the Medical Building, formally establishing the exclusive office of the Teaching and Research Department. - April 1, 2011
With the approval of the Ministry of National Defense, the Teaching and Research Office was formally established within the Hospital’s organizational structure, with the position of director designated at the rank of colonel. Dr. Tsai Wen-Cheng, an attending physician in the Department of Internal Medicine, served as the first colonel-level director. The Teaching and Research Office has continued to operate since then.

本院における教育・研究の質を向上させるとともに、新たな教育病院評価制度に対応するため、医学教育委員会を開催した。会議において、院内全体の教育研修ならびに関連する行政管理・業務遂行を専門的に担う組織として、教育研究部を設置することが決議された。 - 2007年 (平成19年) 3月9日／2007年4月1日
2007年3月9日、当時の郭泰宏院長（少将）の承認を受け、任務編成組織として教育研究部が設置され、同年4月1日より正式に運用を開始した。教育研究部は医療部に属し、医学教育を専門的に担当する組織として位置づけられた。当初は部長1名を配置し、潜水医学部の李惠傑医師が初代部長を兼任した。事務室は潜水医学部内に設置され、発足当初は李部長および事務職員1名が常駐し、さらに他部門・診療科の事務職員3名を編入して、院内全体の教育・研究業務を推進した。 - 2008年 (平成20年) 1月1日
教員育成、研究開発、教育研修、医師卒後臨床研修、図書情報および評価業務を担当する事務職員7名を医療棟3階に集約し、教育研究部専用の事務室を正式に設置した。 - 2011年 (平成23年) 4月1日
国防部の承認を受け、本院の正式な組織として教育研究室が設置された。室長は大佐職とされ、内科部の蔡文正主治医が初代の大佐職室長に就任した。以後、現在に至るまで運営を継続している。
編組執掌
考量任務需求，納編各臨床部科資深主治醫師，教學研究室下設5個工作小組包括教育訓練組、研究發展組、圖書資訊組、師資培育組及一般醫學組。各組均設組長一至二人 (其中師資培育組及教育訓練組，另分醫師及醫事兩類組別)，下轄各組員，負責處理各組行政及教學業務。本室另下轄各醫師及醫事職類訓練計畫主持人，以利完成住院醫師各專科及次專科之訓練計畫、PGY醫師訓練、各專業護理師訓練及醫事人員訓練計畫。
Organizational Structure and Responsibilitie
In response to operational requirements, senior attending physicians from various clinical departments and divisions are appointed to support the work of the Teaching and Research Office. The Office comprises five working groups: the Education and Training Group, Research and Development Group, Library and Information Services Group, Faculty Development Group, and General Medical Education Group. Each group is led by one or two group leaders and supported by designated staff members responsible for the group’s administrative and educational affairs. The Faculty Development Group and the Education and Training Group are further divided into physician and allied health professional sections.The Office also oversees program directors responsible for training programs for physicians and other healthcare professionals. Through this organizational structure, the Office coordinates and implements residency and subspecialty training programs, postgraduate year (PGY) training for physicians, advanced practice nursing training, and training programs for allied health professionals.
組織体制および業務分掌
業務上の必要性を踏まえ、各診療部門・診療科の経験豊富な主治医を組織に加え、教育研究室の業務を推進している。教育研究室には、教育研修組、研究開発組、図書情報組、教員育成組、および総合医学教育組の5つの作業グループを設置している。 各グループには1名または2名のグループ長を置き、その下に担当職員を配置し、各グループの管理業務および教育業務を担当する。なお、教員育成組および教育研修組については、医師部門と医療専門職部門に分けて運営している。また、本室の管轄下には、医師および各医療専門職の研修プログラム責任者を置き、住院医師の各専門科・サブスペシャルティ研修、医師PGY研修、専門看護師研修、ならびに各種医療専門職の研修プログラムを円滑に実施できる体制を整備している。
